At Oxford USA we stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. We will do our best to make things right if you are not satisfied.

Return Policy Overview

We will accept returns of eligible items in new and unused/resalable condition, in our sole discretion within 30 days of receipt with a valid proof of purchase. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exclusions listed below apply.

Certain items cannot be returned, including items purchased as final sale, items used and/or damaged through normal wear and tear. Other restrictions may apply.

How to Start a Return

Returns can be initiated at the Oxford USA website:

   1 - Go to www.oxfordusahome.com. 

      2 - On top of the website page, click “Contact Us”.

     3 - Fill up the form and select the Product Return option from the Reason field. The Customer Service representative will contact you within 48 hours and once return is approved, a Return Label will be ​provided.

    4 - Print the Return Label.

    5 - Ensure product is packed in the original box and affix the return label to the outside of the
  shipping box

Please allow 5-7 days for your return to arrive at our fulfillment center. Upon receipt and inspection of your return, Oxford will issue a refund for the item(s) returned to the original form of payment. Please allow 1-2 weeks of processing time from the time you ship your return; refund processing time may vary depending on your financial institution. 

Items purchased outside of the U.S. may only be returned within the country of purchase or sent back to the address on the return label.

Limited Warranty: 90 days

This product is warranted against original defects in workmanship and materials under normal household use, not commercial.

If any piece fails to conform to this warranty, Oxford USA will replace the item at no charge with one of equal value. 

With the proof of purchase, the return can be initiated on the website.

Damage caused by misuse or failure to use proper care in accordance with instructions provided is not covered.
