Dock Appointment Guidelines

  • Appointments are required for all pickups and deliveries.
  • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time.
  • Drivers must present valid ID and Load ID upon arrival.
  • Dock times are offered in 30-minute slots from 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM and 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM (lunch break 12:00 PM–1:00 PM).
Choose Pickup for outbound loads or Delivery for inbound loads, then enter the Load ID or Reference below.
Must match the Load ID or Reference on the freight record: OBL for Pickup, IBL for Delivery.
